The fluorescence decay method is currently the most advanced residual oxygen detection technology in the pharmaceutical industry. Its principle is based on optical fluorescence extraction and quenching, non-sampling analysis, and wide applicability. It can simultaneously detect headspace residual oxygen and dissolved oxygen concentrations. The method is ASTM F2714-08 test standard.
